These terms apply to court bookings, coaching, classes, socials and use of our facilities at Ashford Sports Club, Short Lane, Stanwell, Staines TW19 7BQ (“the Club”). By making a booking or using the Club, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings
1.1 Court bookings, classes and socials are made through the Playtomic platform. Playtomic’s own terms of use apply to your Playtomic account.
1.2 Bookings are confirmed once payment has been taken. Court slots are booked by the hour and must be vacated promptly at the end of your slot.
1.3 You must be 18 or over to make a booking. Players under 18 are welcome but must be booked in and supervised by an adult.
2. Payment
2.1 Online bookings are paid at the time of booking through Playtomic (processed by Stripe).
2.2 Payments at the Club are by card only. We do not accept cash.
2.3 Prices are displayed on Playtomic and at the Club and may change from time to time. Changes will not affect bookings already paid for.
3. Cancellations & refunds
3.1 Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time will be refunded in full via Playtomic, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
3.2 Bookings cancelled inside this window, or missed, are non-refundable.
3.3 If we have to cancel your booking under extenuating circumstances (for example, court maintenance or unsafe weather on the outdoor court), we will offer you an alternative slot or a full refund.
3.4 Play continues in most weather on our covered courts. Rain is not grounds for a refund on covered court bookings.
4. Club rules & conduct
4.1 Appropriate sports footwear must be worn on court. Shoes that mark or damage the court surface are not permitted.
4.2 Please treat the courts, equipment, staff and other players with respect. We may refuse entry to, or remove from the Club, anyone behaving in a way that is abusive, dangerous or disruptive, without refund.
4.3 The Club closes at 22:30. All players and guests must have left the premises by this time.
4.4 Smoking and vaping are not permitted on court or in The Hub.
4.5 Only food and drink purchased from The Hub may be consumed in The Hub. Water is fine anywhere.
5. Equipment hire
5.1 Loan rackets are available at the Club. Rackets must be returned at the end of your session in the condition they were provided, allowing for normal wear.
5.2 Normal wear (surface scuffs, gradual softening) is not chargeable. Cracks and impact damage — including damage caused by striking the racket against the court glass, walls, fencing or ground — are chargeable at the racket’s replacement cost, as displayed at the Club.
6. Health & safety
6.1 Padel is a physical sport and carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to play. If in doubt, consult your doctor before playing.
6.2 Please report any accident, injury or hazard to a member of staff immediately. A first aid kit and accident log are kept on site.
6.3 You must follow any safety instructions given by Club staff.
7. Liability
7.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
7.2 Subject to 8.1, we are not liable for injury or loss arising from your participation in padel, or for loss or damage to personal property brought to the Club. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
7.3 We hold public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
8. Food & drink
8.1 The Hub serves food and drink prepared on site and pre-packaged products. Allergen information is available at the counter — please tell us about any allergies before ordering.
9. Photography & CCTV
9.1 CCTV operates at the Club for the safety of players, staff and property.
9.2 We occasionally photograph and film sessions and events for our website and social media. If you’d prefer to be left out of any photography, tell a member of staff and we will make sure of it.
10. General
10.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at padelboutique.co.uk. Changes will not affect bookings already made.
10.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
