We do not sell your data.
We use trusted service providers to run the business: Playtomic (bookings), Stripe and Square (payments), Mailchimp (email), Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp), Google (analytics and advertising) and our website host. Each processes data under contract and their own published terms. Some providers (for example Mailchimp and Meta) may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We will share data where required by law — for example with our insurers, or with enforcement or regulatory bodies.
We photograph and film sessions and events for our website and social media. We’ll always respect a request to be left out — tell a member of staff, or email us if an image of you has been published and you’d like it taken down.
padelboutique.co.uk uses essential cookies to make the site work, and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the banner, and manage cookies in your browser settings at any time.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@padelboutique.co.uk — we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
We’ll update this policy as our services change. The current version will always be published at padelboutique.co.uk.
